We offer a unique opportunity for landlords to partner with us on a commercial rental basis giving you peace of mind with no voids or no tenancy finding fees. During the agreed term, the property will be used as serviced accommodation to host guests for short holiday stays, short to medium stays for contractors or corporate lets working away from home or guests relocating and in need of a short-term base. All guests that book a home are vetted via our booking system if booked directly with us or via the online booking platforms we use such as Booking.com, Expedia etc. before bookings are fully confirmed as well as security deposits for our peace of mind and to know that our guests and clients will respect the property and home rules.
Under this partnership:
○ We will pay you a fixed monthly rent for an agreed period usually 3 to 5 years.
○ Comprehensive property maintenance, professional cleaning and repair coordination.
○ Long term rental stability for you and hassle free.
We are interested in well maintained two to five bedrooms properties in Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Farnborough, Slough, Watford, Harrow, Frimley, Hillingdon, Bracknell and Wokingham for our serviced accommodation portfolio.

We do also offer the assured rent service for ‘ Houses of multiple occupation’ for some of our clients. In this case, we will rent the property on a similar basis from 3 – 5 years from you and rent it out on normal assured shorthold tenancy. We are interested in well maintained five to seven bedrooms properties covering Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Watford, Frimley, Hillingdon, Windsor and Ascot.
